Sandown Park is not only home to world's greatest greyhound race, but home to the sport's biggest events! The track is located in Springvale, approximately 35 minutes south east of Melbourne. There is ample parking available as patrons enjoy the fully enclosed, air-conditioned comfort and the modern facilities of the Henry Harrison grandstand which are the equal of any facility or any code in Australia.

Adrian Scott, our CEO, first walked through the gates of Sandown Park as a 16-year-old, and nearly 5 decades on (whoops, sorry for the age reveal there!), he’s now at the helm.
In that time, Sandown Park has grown from a home of racing into so much more, and remains the keeper of Australia’s premier greyhound event - The Melbourne Cup! 🏆
