Roccon Projects

You don’t just walk through this home. You feel it. 🏡

Revisiting 5 Gees Avenue, Strathfield.

A five bedroom architectural statement built from the ground up, where handmade Krause brick meets Venetian plaster, microcement, Calacatta marble, Silver Travertine and custom walnut joinery.

Private cinema. W**e cellar. North facing pool and alfresco.

Every detail considered. Every space made to be experienced.

This is more than a home. It is a feeling that stays with you.

The Art of Concrete 👷‍♂️

Meet Adam, Foreman at Roccon Projects 👋

Working alongside Director Roman Choi for the past year and a half, Adam has been part of delivering some exciting projects across Sydney.

From a recently completed home in Strathfield to our current bespoke Federation style build, every project brings new challenges.

For Adam, it’s all about the people, the process, and most importantly, seeing a happy client at completion. 🏡🔨

DON’T SIGN BLINDLY.

Before you sign a building contract, ask these questions:

🛡️ Do you hold the required insurance?
📋 Where is the detailed cost breakdown?
🔒 Is this a genuinely fixed-price contract?

If costs, allowances and exclusions are unclear, budget blowouts are far more likely.

The lowest quote is not always the best value. Clarity upfront protects your budget, timeline and peace of mind.

Save this before your next build or renovation.
