Strathpine Aged Care

Yesterday Strathpine Aged Care visited the Butterfly House at Bribie Island and then had fish and chips at Bongaree. The residents loved the sight of thousands of butterflies flying around and gently landing on them.

Every month the local kindy visit and share activities with our residents. Today group craft activities.

Goings on at Strathpine Aged Care. We have had games of outdoor Bocce, daily morning exercise groups, Nikki Boyd visit the residents, the Olde Brass Band come and play big band music, our Fathers Day Raffle draw and our men residents all got fathers Day gifts.

Tickets are now on sale for our Fathers Day raffle. Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5. Drawn on Friday 4th September.

Happenings at Strathpine Aged Care the last couple of weeks. Ekka time with dagwood dogs, popcorn, show bags and games. The local kindy comes in once a month to share activities with the residents😀

The two weeks that were at Strathpine, visiting Samford Museum and Disco Day with the residents.

Our Autumn 2026 newsletter is here! It was quite a season at Strathpine. Chicks hatching in the activities room. A moving Anzac Day service. Italian Day with red checked tablecloths and a room full of happy people. Mother's Day morning tea. Bus trips, outdoor games, and a choir that keeps getting better every week.
We also celebrated three outstanding Employees: Anjana, Maddie and Catherine. Each of them makes a real difference every single day, and we are so glad to have them on our team.
