It's Queensland Child Protection Week.

Today, we recognise every child's right to be safe, protected and supported to thrive.

Creating safe environments for children isn't just the responsibility of services and organisations... it's something we all have a role in. Strong relationships, connected communities and listening to children's voices help build a brighter future for every child.

This Queensland Child Protection Week, let's continue working together to uphold children's rights and ensure every child feels safe, valued and heard.

Mrs Pearce, Mrs Scriven and Mrs Holden enjoyed a day with Black Cockatoo Education exploring the flora and fauna of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland today. We had an amazing day, learning about language and culture of the Waka Waka people.

Just a reminder to the Wombats and Mapgies families - Monday 10th August is the EKKA public holiday for Moreton Bay region. We will be closed that day.

It's Pine Rivers Show time. Make sure you pop into the Showgrounds hall to see our display. The theme was "Voices in the community".
