At Pine Rivers Private Hospital, we offer a range of outpatient group programs designed to support people living with a variety of mental health conditions.
Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional wellbeing, or other mental health concerns, we have a variety of programs tailored to different needs and stages of recovery.

We're excited to reintroduce our Moving Towards Wellness Day Program, commencing 27 July 2026. The program supports individuals living with a psychiatric diagnosis to improve both their physical and mental wellbeing through exercise, education, lifestyle strategies, and social connection.
With increasing focus on the important relationship between physical health and mental health, this program provides practical tools to build confidence, improve wellbeing, enhance self-care, and support recovery.
Our 12-week program has been designed for individuals living with a psychiatric diagnosis who are looking to improve both their physical and psychological wellbeing. Facilitated by our dedicated Exercise Physiologist Zak and Psychologist Scott, participants are supported to build practical skills, increase confidence, improve self-care, and develop sustainable lifestyle habits that support recovery.
Key areas explored include:
