Today, we celebrate the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, uncles, carers, mentors and many father figures who are an important role in the lives of our students.
Thank you for the love, guidance and encouragement you give. For being there through all the moments, big and small, for the many different ways you support, nurture and inspire and the difference you make.
Happy Father’s Day, from the Pine.

This week was the Year 8s final leadership meeting where they had the opportunity again to work alongside our incredible Year 12 leaders before they begin their Mock Exams.
A huge shout out to this wonderful cohort of students who have been incredible mentors to our future Junior Leaders. The Year 8s, Ms Wall and Miss Reid would like to express their admiration and gratitude to these amazing students.
Another shout out must go out to our amazing Acting Head of Junior Secondary, Ms Wall who has been a driving force supporting Miss Reid's crazy ideas. Her dedication and enthusiasm has inspired our Junior Leaders to engage in this lunchtime program.

One of just seven local students who will receive $8,000 per year to support his four-year double degree in Secondary Education and Recreation & Outdoor Environmental Studies. With plans to become a Maths, HPE and Outdoor Recreation teacher, Mitchell is already looking ahead to making a difference to the next generation.

Our Dance Squad students represented with P.I.N.E at the Danc'eD In The Spotlight Festival last week. Danc'eD showcases schools in our local area with 18 schools coming together at the Mueller College Arts Precinct to participate in a morning of Industry workshops, an afternoon celebrating what the schools are doing within their Dance programs and an evening showcase for supporters. Our Juniors premiered their sassy 'Mean Girls' inspired hip hop work, while the Seniors beautifully performed 'Daylight' which they have been working on with 2024 alumni Charlotte.
We look forward to being able to share these pieces with our wider school community at Amaranth - Dance Night 2026 in October.
