New laws now have passed the parliament to reform the NDIS.

We will continue to consult with people with a disability and NDIS providers on the delivery of these reforms, ensuring that nobody falls through the cracks.

Today is Vietnam Veterans Day, remembering our troops who fought in the Battle of Long Tan, 60 years ago.

Len & Beric both served in Vietnam and today is a commemoration of theirs, along with thousands of others, bravery, sacrifice and service to our country🌹

Last night the Address-in-Reply was a celebration of our Aussie democracy and the 48th Parliament.

Under Labor, women working full-time are now earning an average of $325 more/wk with the gender pay gap at an all time low 📉

Homelessness can happen to anyone. Nobody chooses homelessness, it happens as a result of mental health issues, domestic violence, addiction, losing a job, lack of affordable rentals, breakups and health and social systems failure.

I support City of Moreton Bay decision to designate a local park for those who are homeless. Respite from having to constantly move on will give people a chance to rebuild and get the health and social supports needed to plan a better future. ❤️🙏
