As we head into the festive season, it can be really hard for some of our community. If you find yourself, or someone you support in need of some extra help over the public holidays especially, with some standard providers being closed, think of reaching out to some of these amazing organisation's who offer Crisis Support Care (24/7).
We've popped up our office opening hours below too just to keep you in the know.
It's super important to remember that in an emergency, always call 000 or visit your nearest emergency department first and foremost.

Did you know that today is World Autism Awareness Day? A day that is recognised globally encouraging us all to take action is raising awareness on Autism. But can’t we do more? Sometimes the difference can be between awareness, and understanding.
Aspect - Autism Spectrum Australia have worked together with the autism and autistic communities to create their animal campaign promoting, World Autism Understanding Day.
