Our 2026 JACE intern, Tala Issaoui, has joined the team at Bell Shakespeare!🌟

Thanks to the JACE foundation Tala, will be spending the next five weeks rotating through our development, marketing, education, production, operations and artistic departments. Having the opportunity to be immersed in the day-to-day administration of a working Australian theatre company, hoping to aide in building her career in arts management.

Where we are, there’s daggers in men’s smiles. 🗡️

Auditions for the 2027 Bell Shakespeare Players are OPEN! 🎭

If you're passionate about Shakespeare, working with young people, and you're ready for the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!

The Players are Bell Shakespeare's touring ensemble, taking Shakespeare into schools and communities across the country. It's demanding work, but an incredible training ground, building your stamina as a performer and honing your craft as an early career actor.

First Nations actors and actors with diverse backgrounds, cultures, perspectives and experiences are strongly encouraged to apply. Apply by 5pm on 11 September via the link in our bio.
