Fee Breakdown comes to $40 per hour for Technical Support and $70 per hour for Digital Media. For technical support jobs, the calling over fee is $40 and this covers up to the first hour. Additional time will be calculated in half hour increments. If Pierotti Media can't fix the job (this doesn't include the need to return on another date), the consultation will be free. Additional costs may incur for the purchase of hardware/software required. Digital Media jobs last on a longer timeframe resulting in an estimate provided to you. Additional costs may incur for any services such as web hosting and licence keys. You will also be required to sign a document stating that you either own or have permission to use all media provided by you.
