A little life update from me…

I just took 3 months off social media in my business & it’s been THE best thing I’ve done all year.

I went full time in my business over 2 years ago now & A LOT has changed for me in that time.

Honestly I feel like a completely different person today.

Yet I’ve still been running my business like 2023 Hayley.

Hayley who felt trapped in a 9-5.

Hayley who felt like she had no time for exercise or self-care.

Hayley who was a chronic people pleaser.

But that’s not my reality anymore. So I knew the way I was running my business needed to evolve with me.

So whilst externally facing, I’ve been quiet.

Behind the scenes I have been busier than ever, working even more closely with my clients & editing my business processes to suit ME:

1️⃣I’ve now built in clear structure & routine - I have blocked out time each week for ME & 1 week off from client work every month so I can have dedicated CEO time + rest.

2️⃣I’ve refined my services so I’m operating my zone of genius ONLY

3️⃣I’ve built in more space for integration in my programmes so my clients have the time they need to implement & rest too

4️⃣I’ve streamlined my visibility & sales strategy so that I’m ONLY running my business in ways that feel FUN & ALIGNED

And I’ve also managed to cram in:
👰🏻‍♀️A trip to Italy to be Bridesmaid for my Best-Friend
🧳A city break to Amsterdam
🇦🇺A 3 week trip to Sydney

A reminder for those who needed to hear it today: if you LOVE your business, but don’t love the way you’re RUNNING it - you get to make changes whenever you want.
