Sue is retiring! Sue has just had her last day officially as an employee. She will be retiring to go relax, travel and most importantly to her, be a grandmother.
Sue has been the back bone of Money Sense Lending for the past 10 years. She carries an absolute wealth of knowledge that over the past few months has been passing on to the team here.
She has always been a smily, chatty part of the team and is going to be dearly missed!
There has been so many changes to the rules and regulations surrounding investment in Australia the last month, especially Property Investment. Here is what I’ve taken away from my couple days at the Property Investment Professionals Australia Conference
You can put a lump sum into your Superannuation, potentially save yourself thousands in tax and then pull it back out for your first home deposit!
