Using the carriage, springs and resistance, we’ve found a way to take strength based exercises you’d traditionally do in the gym and bring them onto the Reformer. 🔴
A first of its kind strength class and something we’re so proud to have created at Reformer Haus.
We’ve had such amazing feedback on our Strength classes so far, and we’re so happy you’re loving them as much as we do. 🫶🏽

With over 10 years of experience, Meagan specialises in remedial, relaxation, cupping & hot stone massages!
We’re very excited to have Meagan joining the TRRC team and we’re sure it won’t take long for her to become one of your favourites!
Whether you’re chasing relief from tight, sore muscles or just need an hour to completely switch off, she has you covered!
Meagan will be starting with us on Monday the 14th, with appointments available every Monday to begin with. As bookings grow, we’ll be opening up Fridays too!
