From just 3 L of milk to a beautiful, bloomy and creamy Camembert! Follow the cheesemaking journey from adding the starter culture and white mould spores, setting and cutting the curd, gentle stirring and draining, through to brining, mould development and final maturation. 🥛➡️🧀
