EJ Chittick Rover Unit

Just under a month left until EJ Chittick’s 40th Anniversary Celebration!

Doors open at 3pm on Saturday the 24th of October.

Please bring a gold coin donation for entry, which will grant you unlimited access to all activities and finger food throughout the event.

We will be serving a BBQ dinner from 6pm onwards, available for purchase with a meal ticket:

Burger - $5 each

Sausage - $2.50 each

OR

Burger + sausage + drink pack $7.50

x2 Sausage + drink pack $7.50

Gluten free options will be available.

The bar will be open throughout the evening, with a selection of drinks available for individual purchase.

We’ll have displays showcasing photos of past and present EJ Chittick members, events, and special moments. Come along and see if you can spot some familiar faces!

There’ll be a raffle with some fantastic prizes up for grabs! so make sure you bring a little extra cash if you’re interested in joining the running!!

And a 40th birthday means cake!

The Ex-Rovers have still got it! Due to extensive protest about having party activities on a Sunday, we’ve moved the 40th celebration to Saturday, so we can stay up way past our bedtimes and not have to worry about work in the morning! See you there!

Monday Night the Crew had an amazing time in the C*D area for a Photo challenge

E.J. Chittick attended round 1 of the racing season, hosted by Top Gear Scout.

Our Irish night sure was an interesting one! Teams drew different cutting styles, cooking methods and seasoning/toppings out of hat and had to creative to make things work.
We ended up with:
- deep fried waffle cut potatoes flavoured with all purpose seasoning
- animal shaped boiled potatoes with chocolate sauce
- baked cheesy mash
- twirly caramel potatoes

Yum!

EJ Chittick had an explosive end to the year! Thanks all for 2024!

We had a smashing good time at Round 3 with Duck the Llama! It was a great time for the crew (and Duck!) to try out racing. Thank you to RSM for an awesome time!

Last month we donated blood with Mt Dandenong Region Rovers and Duck the Llama. Mt Dandenong came 2nd in the national rover blood drive and saved 177 lives! Thank you to everyone who donates, and to Lifeblood for the wonderful work you do!

E.J. Chittick had a cracking good time doing an escape room and going bowling at Strike! Well done everyone for your excellent problem solving and ball bowling skills!
