As we celebrate the King's Birthday long weekend, we're also joining Western Australians in getting behind the Fremantle Dockers as they battle it out in this weekend's Grand Final. Whether you're spending the weekend with family, catching up with mates, or cheering from the sidelines, we hope it's a fantastic few days filled with plenty of purple pride.

Please note that we will be closed on Monday, 28 September for the King's Birthday public holiday and will reopen on Tuesday, 29 September.

Recently, AMCAP team members were proud to attend Lifeline WA's 40th Anniversary Celebration and participate as volunteers in the Out of the Shadows, Ros Worthington Community Walk, at Kings Park. Both events highlighted the importance of connection, community and raising awareness around mental health and su***de prevention.

Over the past year, our partnership with Lifeline WA has helped support fundraising initiatives, awareness campaigns and the sharing of Lifeline's message across Western Australia.

In FY26, Lifeline WA responded to 174,028 phone and digital conversations and supported 577 Crisis Supporters, providing vital support when it was needed most.

Thank you to the Lifeline WA team, volunteers, and everyone who supports this partnership, including our employees, customers and partners. Together, we're helping ensure no one has to face their darkest moments alone. 💙

This time last week, we recognised the dedication, loyalty and hard work of our incredible team members who have reached significant service milestones. From our 30-Year Club Lunch to our Morning Tea and Gala Dinner, it was a chance to celebrate the people who have helped shape AMCAP's success.

A special congratulations to our newest 10-year milestone recipients, and to all team members celebrating 15, 20, 25, 30+ years of service. An extraordinary mention to Maureen Rice on 52 years and Anthony Wornes on 40 years of service.

As part of Homelessness Week last week, our team had the privilege of volunteering alongside staff at RUAH Community Services, helping to serve lunch and sort donations for people in our community 💙

It was inspiring to assist staff and volunteers who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness and hardship. Homelessness Week is an important reminder that everyone deserves a safe place to call home, and that small acts of kindness can have a big impact.
