Digrite first started in 1994 by Stewart and Susan Shepley after deciding to service small earthmoving equipment specializing in small excavators. Stewart previously worked with his father Norm Shepley servicing backhoes and tractors, and with the changing market, they decided Stewart would move into looking after excavators and skid steers, were as his father would continue with the backhoes and tractors moving into retirement as they slow down. Norm is still to this day servicing backhoes and old tractors. Developing and growing the business over the next two years proved to be a valuable decision with a Takeuchi dealership becoming available in 1998. After committing the business to this product, the company grew significantly, and needed more room. Digrite moved to Welshpool in 2000 on a much bigger property. Digrite utilized the extra space for better servicing and support for the new extended product range. In 2006 Digrite Sales moved to a new premise in Kewdale to allow more room for a larger stock. After the GFC hit, Digrite took the bold move to develop its Service Hire and Parts yard to allow all branches to operate from the same premises, a new building positioned effectively on the block allowed much better flow for the service, parts and hire departments, as well as a significantly increased floor area for sales machines. We proudly invite any interested party to visit our organized premises to view our new dedicated service workshop, efficiently organized storerooms for parts and attachments, and our well-equipped fabrication shop to provide a better understanding to how committed we are to our specialized future in earthmoving equipment.

I am very happy to announce that Digrite is the new Western Australia home for Toyota Huski in the west.
Over the previous 4 months we have been busy delivering new Toyota Huski’s to the Western Australia market.
In this time, we have been focusing on developing our product support and knowledge, with spare parts stock increasing significantly to service the needs of all new and older Huski’s in Western Australia.
