We have a number of storage sizes for you to choose:
- 6×3 (54 m3) Large capacity unit
- 3×3 (25 m3) and 3×2 (16m3) Medium capacity units
- 3×1.5 (14m3) and 2×2.5 (15m3) - Small capacity units
- External Spaces
- 8 x 3.2 8×3.3 and 8×3.5 (you name your elbow room subject to availability)
- All external spaces have access to the wash down area included in your rent
- All sizes are nominal and the rental rates are based on the actual volume of the enclosed space not the plan size
- Bitumen sealed roads around the units
- Heavy duty insulation to the roof
- Electronic pin activated gate, full security alarms to all roller doors
- Clean and fresh new facility

General information
- Key pad access with your own pin 24/7
- Electronic OPENING GATE 2400 mm high entrance gate with 300 mm thick RAMMED EARTH entrance fence
- All Roller doors are wired up to SECURITY ALARM and can only be opened after your individual pin has been entered at the Entrance GATE. If your pin has not been entered and your unit roller door is opened the ALARM WILL BE TRIGGERED.
- The perimeter fence has barbed Tiger Tags at the top to discourage climb over entry.
- Our site is away from populated areas and has a quite country calm feel adjacent to the Willunga Creek
- We have 24/7 CCTV SECURITY CAMERAS watching every move
- We are based in Willunga so we are close by to assist in any needs you may have
