Meet the maker from Tara Howard Designs
Tara is a watercolour Artist/illustrator that specialises in hand painted nature and wildlife illustrations, her style is deliciate and detail oreintated with presence of a nostalgic storybook-esque. Her style displays her childhood of growing up in the UK with Beatrix potter books and loving the countryside and then all the moving to Australia and discovering the lovely Fauna and Flora here too.
Tara is originally from Cheshire in the Uk and has now lived in Queensland since her late teens, she is a mother of 2 and a fond gardening enthusiast with a passion for flowers! Most of her art inspiration comes from the magic she finds in the natural world around her, with a background in photography she often takes reference pictures of nature and wildlife to use as inspiration for her work.
Fun fact: ‘I moved to Australia from the Uk when I was 17!’
