Shayan sets product strategy across Xplor's fitness portfolio, driving consistent year-over-year growth by pairing verticalized software with AI-powered tools and payments technology purpose-built for fitness and wellness businesses.

With over a decade at Xplor across product leadership roles, Shayan speaks widely on how AI and automation are reshaping customer experience, retention, and operations in the fitness industry.

Beyond product strategy, he's led the charge on scaling AI adoption across an R&D organization of 500 developers, with a sharp focus on turning experimentation into measurable ROI, rather than letting it stall out as scattered pilots.

Sarajevo, meet Agnes Bade, Vice President, Group Head AI & Digital Law at The Adecco Group, based in Zurich, where she leads the Group's AI & Digital Law function and helps shape the city's growing AI community.

A German-qualified lawyer with deep expertise in technology and AI law, Agnes advocates for responsible innovation that puts people at the centre, a perspective that carries extra weight at a company like Adecco, whose entire business is built on human potential and the future of work. She's a champion of AI for Good, pushing for adoption at a human pace, so technology empowers people rather than outpaces them.

Her academic foundation runs deep: a postgraduate Master in Technology, Media and Telecoms Law from Queen Mary University London, and an executive Master in AI Law from the University of Liège, both feeding directly into how she helps organizations navigate AI safely, legally, and responsibly.

You'll get a double dose of her expertise in Sarajevo - Agnes takes the stage on both the Finance, Legal & Compliance Stage and the Main Stage.

Ten editions in, Viva Technology is still the room where takes stock of itself - and last week, we were proud to be part of it.

Our Bloomteq & Blum Institute team spent the week in Paris surrounded by conversations about the future of the continent: its geopolitical position, its homegrown innovation, and the urgent questions that tech and AI are forcing every economy to answer. Sharing that space with figures like Jeff Bezos, Emmanuel Macron, Alexis Ohanian, Joseph Tsai, and thousands more made the weight of this moment very clear.

We left inspired. We left with new partnerships and momentum for the Kiss the Future AI Summit - coming to Sarajevo this October.

Bloomteq’s Chief Technology Officer, Hani Zahirović, took part in a panel hosted by the Vanjskotrgovinska/Spoljnotrgovinska komora BiH as part of the “AI and Digitalization” track.
