We were asked to assist with the plumbing on the Queen's Fort restoration in Barbados for one of our clients.
The project was to provide a full plumbing installation within the old building, whilst offering the most up to date facilities for today's modern family life.
The project included a luxury 3 bedroom villa and a 2 bedroom cottage within the grounds.

Working on historical renovations is always a challenge, however the team from MidOcean MEP are excited to be the primary plumbing contractor for this renovation project.
On site, we are currently at the stage of installing the waste water pump, storage tank and sewer pipework to the external areas.

We meet with all our clients to assess the project, any plans and discuss further details.
Step 2:. QUOTE & APPROVAL
A full quotation is drawn up and sent to the client for checking and approval.
Step 3: PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
Upon approval from the client, the project is scheduled in, immobilised/executed.
Step 4: TESTING & PROJECT CLOSING
Full testing of services on completion of the project. Where additional services are staged, for example casting of flooring, all the pipework is tested for quality assurance purposes and signed off before further commencement.

We have been involved in the recent transformation on the old site of "The Cliff" restaurant, here in Barbados. Partial plumbing installation was carried out successfully by the team at Mid Ocean MEP.
The eagerly awaited new restaurant "Quatro Passi" will launch in December ready for the start of the winter season... it's looking amazing, but we won't spoil it for you, only a few more weeks to wait!
