Call for Participants and Volunteer Mentors for the BYBT Growth Lab

Have you recently started your business, and need some pointers on how to make it a success? Have you been in business for a while and are keen to share your knowledge and experiences with others? BYBT invites you to register for our free incubator programme designed to help early-stage entrepreneurs develop their businesses.

Dates: July to November, 2026
Location: Online
Mode of delivery: Self-paced

Participants will be ably supported throughout the programme by mentors. Grant funding is included.
Volunteer mentors will be trained and supported by BYBT, so if it is your first experience in mentoring, we will ensure that you have the resources to make a fantastic contribution to your mentees.

This programme is part of Conecta Caribbean, an initiative of the CARIBEquity Facility (co-funded by IDB Lab and the European Union), supporting stronger, more connected entrepreneurial ecosystems across the Caribbean.

Are you between the ages of 16 and 24 and unsure about what to do after you have completed your studies? Are you interested in having a business but wonder how to go about it? Are you interested in developing a career, but you are uncertain where to put your focus?

If your answer is "yes' to any of these questions, then BYBT invites you to register for the Youth Empowerment Network Programme, June 22 to August 21. This programme will give you insights into the world of work, and the world of business, while helping you to develop the personal skills to be successful in either area. Sessions will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, online for your convenience.
