Behind every event, there are always people who make it happen. People who arrive early, stay back late, carry tables, set up chairs, prepare food, manage registration, solve last-minute problems and make sure everything runs smoothly. Often, you don’t see them. But I do.

To the volunteers of Bukit Gasing, thank you.

Many of you have been supporting me since the very first day I came to Bukit Gasing. Through countless programmes, community events, service nights and everything in between, you have been there quietly working behind the scenes.

You are the backbone of everything we do.

What we achieve in Bukit Gasing is never the work of one person. It is built by a community of people who are willing to give their time, energy and heart to serve our neighbours.

I may be the one you see at the front, but so much of what happens behind me is because of all of you.

Thank you for believing in the work, for showing up again and again, and for always asking, “What needs to be done?”

Bukit Gasing is better because of you. ❤️

🌕🏮 A Rainy Start, A Full House at Taman Jaya!

Last week, we celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival together with our Bukit Gasing community at Taman Jaya Park! 🥮✨

The evening started with a little rain, but that didn’t dampen the spirits of everyone who came. As the skies cleared, the park quickly filled up with families, neighbours and friends, making it a full house! ❤️

A big thank you to the talented students of SJK(C) Yuk Chyun for their wonderful dance performances, songs and performances that brought so much energy to the evening 🎶💃🏻

From performances and games to food, lucky draws and plenty of catching up with neighbours, it was a wonderful evening of celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival together.

Thank you to everyone who braved the rain and made the night special. This is the Bukit Gasing community is spirit 🏮🌕

Pagi ini saya bersama rakan-rakan Pakatan Harapan Selangor dalam Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan dan Pemukiman PH Selangor 2026.

Dengan pilihan raya yang semakin dekat, ini bukan sekadar soal persiapan jentera. Ia juga masa untuk kita reflect — apa yang telah kita lakukan, apa yang masih belum selesai, dan apa yang rakyat harapkan daripada kita.

Selama bertahun-tahun, soal integriti dalam pentadbiran awam dan rasuah telah menjadi cabaran besar negara. PH telah membawa reformasi institusi, tadbir urus yang baik dan usaha membanteras rasuah sebagai sebahagian daripada agenda perjuangan kita.

Tetapi kita tidak boleh berhenti di situ.

Kepercayaan rakyat bukan sesuatu yang boleh dianggap sebagai hak. Ia perlu dibina dan dibuktikan melalui tindakan, ketelusan dan penyampaian yang lebih baik.

Menjelang pilihan raya akan datang, kita perlu terus bekerja, mendengar rakyat dan memperbaiki kelemahan kita. Kita boleh dan mesti lakukan lebih baik untuk rakyat Selangor.
