This 5000 sft store at Centrepoint Uttara houses more than 40000 books in a space that is sensitively designed for the best book retail experience! Cheers to this new destination for book lovers!

Edison’s latest project challenges this paradigm—acquiring high-value land and reimagining it as an inclusive residential enclave for middle and upper-middle income families.
The design balances density with openness. Landscaped courtyards and pedestrian zones offer safe, shared environments: play areas for children, gathering spaces for young women, and dignified outdoor zones for elders. Vehicular movement is confined to the periphery, allowing the heart of the complex to remain walkable, calm, and community-focused.
Natural light and cross-ventilation are carefully orchestrated, ensuring comfort and privacy within compact building blocks. Rooftops extend the communal experience, linked by intuitive circulation and designed as elevated social spaces.
Material choices respond to climate and context, while the landscape deepens the sensory experience—curated for texture, scent, and acoustic softness. Together, architecture, interior, and landscape form a cohesive narrative of renewal.
This is not nostalgia—it is a quiet reclamation. A living environment that evokes the gentler rhythms of a past we thought we had lost. A place where families and communities reclaim connection, memory, and belonging in a city that has long forgotten how to hold space for them.
