তীব্র রাজনৈতিক মেরুকরণ ও গণতান্ত্রিক সংকটের এই সন্ধিক্ষণে, গভীর রাজনৈতিক তাৎপর্যসহ আপনাকে গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের ২৩তম রাষ্ট্রপতি নির্বাচিত হওয়ায় আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন জানাচ্ছি। [1]

আপনার এই কার্যকাল দেশের দীর্ঘদিনের দলীয় বিভেদ দূরীকরণে এবং বিরোধী দল, সুশীল সমাজ ও বিচার বিভাগের সাথে ফলপ্রসূ আলোচনার মাধ্যমে একটি প্রকৃত সংলাপাভিমুখী ও সুশাসিত গণতান্ত্রিক ব্যবস্থা গঠনে বাস্তবমুখী অবদান রাখবে—এটাই আমাদের প্রত্যাশা।

Against the backdrop of a deeply polarized polity and mounting pressures on democratic institutions, it is with profound political significance that I extend my congratulations to Mirza Fakhrul Islam on his ascension to the 23d Presidency, where public trust in constitutional offices hangs in the balance. I earnestly hope that his tenure will not merely pay lip service to national unity, but actively dismantle the entrenched partisanship that has long stifled dissent—steering executive authority towards genuine consultation with opposition forces, civil society, and the judiciary.

To govern without bias, in this climate, is not a passive virtue but an active resistance against the prevailing majoritarian impulses. His ability to champion inclusive politics will be the true litmus test of his legacy—one that could either restore the fading spirit of parliamentary democracy or deepen the existing chasm between the state and its citizens.
