The (UEHRF) Universal Environmental Human Rights Foundation is a community based non-profit organisation. EIN: 85-1273913. Donations are tax-deductible.
Established on July 11, 2007 when an enlightened group of environmentalists, activists, academics, researchers and nature lovers came together from different disciplines and areas of society with the idea of advocating to protect the ever-degrading environment and ecosystem of Bangladesh for establishing a unique organization UEHRF . Foundation (UEHRF) is a 501(c)(3)
Non-profit Corporation. The IRS’ NTEE classification is Fund
Raising and/or Fund Distribution within
the Humanities category. The IRS ruling
year for tax exemption was 2020.
___Our Mission:___
The mission of UEHRF is to promote and encourage an environmental movement through a participatory democratic framework involving diverse social groups, and to assist them with ideas, information, and leadership for promoting a safe, sustainable, and toxic-free world.
____Our Vision :___
The vision of UEHRF is to see Bangladesh, as well as all developing nations in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, achieved the Sustainable Development Goals, and in contributing to this works to protect and conserve the nature and life from toxic and plastic pollution; reduce poverty; increase literacy and education; empower women in rural communities, and improve sanitation and health services through sustainable environmental livelihood.

আসছে পবিত্র ঈদুল আজহা... 🐂
এই ঈদে ধনী, মধ্যবিত্ত- এমনকি অনেক গরিব
মানুষও কোরবানির গোশতের স্বাদ পাবে।
কিন্তু আমাদের সমাজে এমন কিছু পরিবার আছে-
যারা নিজেরা কোরবানি দিতে পারে না,
আবার লজ্জায় কারো কাছে চাইতেও পারে না।
তারা শুধু পাশের বাড়ি থেকে ভেসে আসা
রান্নার সুঘ্রাণ পায়...
কোঁৎ করে গিলে ফেলে মুখে জমা লালা 😞
চোখ বন্ধ করে একবার ভাবুন—
সেই মুহূর্তে তারা কেমন অনুভব করে?
ঢোক গিলে, নিঃশব্দে, দু’ফোঁটা অশ্রু ঝরে পড়ে…
একবার নিজেকে তাদের জায়গায় কল্পনা করুন।
📋 আপনার আশেপাশে খোঁজ নিন -
এমন অনেক পরিবার পাবেন যারা চুপচাপ কষ্ট সহ্য করে।
এই ঈদে আসুন, তাদের ঘরেও পৌঁছে দিই কোরবানির আনন্দ।
২০০৭ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত একটি মানবিক সংগঠন,
যারা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে নীরবে দেশের অসহায় মানুষের
পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে আছে।
নিজস্ব অর্থায়ন ও দয়ালু মানুষের অনুদানে
তারা কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।
কিছুদিন তহবিল সংকটে কার্যক্রম বন্ধ থাকলেও-
এই ঈদুল আজহায় আবার উদ্যোগ নিয়েছে
সেইসব পরিবারের ঘরে কোরবানির গোশত পৌঁছে দিতে—
যারা শুধু সুঘ্রাণে ঈদ কাটায়, কিন্তু স্বাদ পায় না।
