Rasmalai tea cake, little crunch from almond and pistachios, a touch of cardamom and saffron warms up the moist cake..not too sweet ..buttery rasmalai smelling cake....I like to pair it with some cardamom tea or black coffee....warm it up or have it as it is...both tastes great!
Regular & sugar-free both tastes good...

This one has rolled oats, flax meal, almond, walnut, cranberry and sesame seeds...❤️

Is it me or are the days shorter, the air smells like fall and the city is slowly cooling down...in this weather, between hot n humid days and cooler nights chicken stew is a dish my heart craves... I often make this during change of season..packed with nutrition and easy on the stomach..with very little seasoning..this stew warms up our soul...I like having mine with naan while baby boy likes dunking toast in the broth... perfect to boost the immune system when u feel a little under the weather...
