SetVertex

SetVertex is a nonprofit research organization that has been created to act in favor of cultural heritage in areas that are exceptionally vulnerable to climate change or any other natural or man-made disaster via various aid program that enables it to be flexible and to react quickly. Founded in 2022, SetVertex pioneered the application of the latest 3D, VR & AR technologies to record the preservation and celebration of cultural heritage and has worked with local partners at many sites in Bangladesh. SetVertex strives to fasten the acceleration of archaeological & heritage research in Bangladesh through the latest technologies termed “Digital Archaeology”. It also connects new audiences to heritage tourism and studies through digital devices like place-based web, mobile, and VR headsets that inspire further research, reflection, conversation, and imagination.
