sea bream tiradito / coconut leche / gochugaru
tiradito is a Peruvian-style ceviche in which the fish is only marinated just before serving, preserving its delicate texture.
it’s paired with a coconut leche for an exotic touch, a baby pak choi salad, and a gochugaru vinaigrette.
hot & sweaty from this heat wave? a paloma is the answer.
Wout is happy to make one of eppo’s signature drinks.
