To wrap up this month, we would like to introduce Tareq.

Since October, Tareq has been part of our team at Renaissance.

After graduating from culinary school, he completed his internship in an Italian restaurant. A kitchen that matched his passion for Italian cuisine, alongside his love for French cooking.

At Renaissance, Tareq mainly works in the cold kitchen, where he prepares the mise-en-place: from cold starters to desserts. But what makes him especially valuable is that he jumps in wherever needed.

And that is exactly what he loves about working here.

In his own words:
“At Renaissance, everyone starts and ends together as one team.”

Per concludere questo mese, vogliamo presentarvi Tareq.

Da ottobre, Tareq fa parte del nostro team da Renaissance.

Dopo essersi diplomato alla scuola di cucina, ha svolto il suo stage in un ristorante italiano. Una cucina che rispecchia la sua passione per la cucina italiana, insieme al suo amore per quella francese.

Da Renaissance, Tareq lavora principalmente nella cucina fredda, dove prepara la mise-en-place: dagli antipasti freddi ai dessert. Ma ciò che lo rende particolarmente prezioso è che dà una mano ovunque ce ne sia bisogno.

Ed è proprio questo che ama del lavorare qui.
