The textile industry is evolving faster than ever.
Manufacturers are expected to improve productivity, reduce energy consumption, strengthen sustainability efforts, and make decisions in real time.
The key to achieving all of this? Reliable production data and the ability to act on it.

That's why we're excited to announce our participation in ITMA Asia + CITME 2026.

This November, our team will be in Shanghai to showcase how BMSvision helps textile manufacturers gain complete visibility of their operations and transform shop-floor data into measurable business results.

See you there!

Connecting machines is easy. Connecting an entire factory is where the real challenge begins.

Most manufacturers operate a mix of machine brands, generations, protocols, and technologies. The question isn't whether your MES can connect to a machine. The question is whether it can connect to all of them.

In our latest blog, we explain how BMSvision integrates with virtually any machine, regardless of brand, age, or technology, and why nearly 50 years of manufacturing expertise make a difference when turning machine data into meaningful insight.

Your machines are running. But are they actually producing?

It sounds simple, yet understanding the differences in manufacturing time is one of the most powerful ways to uncover hidden production losses.

In our latest blog post, we explore why machine visibility and measuring production time accurately is the foundation for improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and making better decisions on the shop floor.

Last week, our CEO Jan Bogaert, visited our Malaysian office, and the day ended the right way: around a table, together.

Good food, great conversations, and a reminder of what makes BMSvision what it is: the people behind the product.

And the best part? We won't have to wait long to do it again as a few of our Malaysian colleagues will be visiting our headquarters in Kortrijk, Belgium very soon. The team over here is already looking forward to it!

Your machines may be running. That doesn't mean they're productive.

Many manufacturers are surprised to discover how much production capacity is lost to small stops, reduced speeds, and quality losses.

The good news? You can measure it.

Our newest blog dives into (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and explains why it remains one of the most powerful KPIs for identifying opportunities to improve production performance.

Most manufacturers don't lose the most time to breakdowns.

They lose it in the gap between what was planned and what actually happened.

A 20-minute changeover becomes 45. A short stop happens ten times in a shift. A startup never reaches target speed.

Individually, these losses seem too small to worry about.

Collectively, they define your available capacity.

In our latest blog, we explore why accurate production data matters more than memory, and how the most successful manufacturers move from debating events to understanding patterns.

Febratex 2026: we're on our way to Brazil!

The Brazilian textile industry is moving fast, and data is no longer a nice-to-have. It's a competitive necessity.

With standards like ABR (Algodão Brasileiro Responsável) tightening and global mandates reshaping export requirements, manual logging simply can't keep up. It's too slow, too error-prone, and too costly when rejected shipments or compliance fines are on the line.

This is where changes the game.

Not just by automating data collection, but by turning your machine data into the digital passport your customers are already asking for.

Sustainability isn't just the right thing to do anymore. With the right tools, it becomes a measurable ROI.

📍 Come find us at Febratex and let's talk about what that looks like for your organization.
