Swedish Speaking Guide
In Brussels and Mechelen. Swedish holiday travel tipper. Hej! I am a Swedish woman who has lived in Belgium since 2011.
I lived my first years in Brussels and since 2013 in Mechelen. I have been working at European School as a teacher, outsend from Sweden, Skolverket, and in the Scandinavian school in Waterloo.
2019, I started my own company with a flower and design shop in Mechelen, Linnea. From 2023, I moved my shop into my home, Linnea Garden. My business also includes guiding in Swedish, in Brussels and Mechelen. I am also running evening courses learning Swedish, paralleled with a Swedish "pratcafe". The cafe is for them who wants to practice their Swedish, together over a coffee and homemade "fika" . I also give people travel advices in for their Swedish vacation. This page is for you who have plans to spend some brilliant days in Brussels or Mechelen. I love to be your guide through these two beautiful, lively cities.
