It was a while since we saw the sun. So we enjoyed it thoroughly. It’s harder and harder to get through the dark months. Luckily I still have crossfit and weightlifting to focus on. I PRed my squat clean and my squat sn**ch so I’m guessing my legs are getting abit stronger. My joinscore will be dropping below 0 any day now.

It’s the season for indoor training. I never really trained for cycling, but this winter I’m trying to get better. We’ll see how it goes, but the weekendrides are getting shorter and colder 😅

Goodmorning!
Last friday I rode to Koksijde. 141km 400hm. Only one stop in the middle. There was a headwind the whole trip, but luckily not too strong. I feel like I’m at least maintaining my bike level over the winter so far, which is a good sign for the upcoming summer 😁
