Atyaf eSolutions is looking for experienced IT Support Engineers to join our team and provide onsite IT support services.

Key Responsibilities
--------------------

· Provide onsite Microsoft & non-Microsoft IT support to end users.

· Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests.

· Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.

· Provide support for Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.

· Troubleshoot Active Directory, Windows 10/11, software, hardware, and networking issues.

· Support printers, scanners, plotters, multifunction devices, and other IT equipment.

· Troubleshoot telephone and VoIP-related issues.

· Configure user PCs and support network and Wi-Fi connectivity.

· Manage IT hardware inventory and maintain proper documentation.

· Participate in ongoing IT projects and provide technical documentation and reports.

· Own issues through resolution and escalate to the appropriate technical team when required.

· Provide backup support when necessary, including outside normal working hours for urgent requirements.

Requirements
--------------
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience.

· Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Windows Server, Hardware & software troubleshooting, Networking and Wi-Fi, Printers, scanners, plotters & multifunction devices

· CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications will be an advantage.
