Memorial Day Weekend 🌊

They say to remove yourself from situations that drain your mental health, make you feel less than, or surrounding yourself with people who don’t align with your values. And maybe they’re right.

But sometimes… one more attempt feels worth it. One more chance. One more time to see if things can be different.

So here we are. Heading toward peace, clarity, and whatever happens next. 🤍

Today we honor one of NASCAR’s fiercest competitors and most unforgettable personalities. 🏁

Kyle Busch has given fans countless memories, incredible battles, and a passion for racing that helped shape the sport we love. A true legend behind the wheel and a name that will always be part of NASCAR history.

The NASCAR community stands together in appreciation and respect for everything he’s meant to the sport. Gone but never forgotten. ❤️

What you see of me online isn’t always the full reality.

While I may appear happy in posts, traveling the world and living a life some might look at and think is effortless, I’m still struggling internally more than most people realize.

I’ve been dealing with major mental health challenges, anxiety, depression, and stress for years. A lot of what you see is me creating space for peace in my life, getting away when I can, changing environments, and finding moments where things feel lighter. It isn’t me “having it all together,”. My life is heavy in ways that don’t always show up on a screen, but it also gives me space to step away and breathe when I need it.

I’m learning how to carry both truths at once: gratitude for the good moments, and honesty about the hard ones.

Aries season taught me that some things couldn’t have come at a better time.

Like finally refusing to shrink myself for people who never appreciated me.

Understanding that not everyone you love is meant to stay.

And realizing I don’t have to keep explaining myself to people who were never listening anyway.

Growth is good. ♈✨

Funny how the people preaching “family values” are sometimes the first to weaponize family against you.

Smiling in a picture while knowing relationships with my family are slowly disappearing because someone has convinced herself, and tries convincing everyone else, that being gay somehow makes me unsafe, inappropriate, or wrong.

Meanwhile, the hypocrisy is loud enough to shake the walls.

The same people clutching pearls over me are perfectly comfortable with political propaganda on a child’s laptop (literally translates to F*CK), crude jokes from their sons, letting kids sample beer on vacation, supporting a man convicted on 34 felony counts, found liable for sexual abuse in civil court, and known for rhetoric they’d lose their minds over if it came from anyone else all while hiding behind religion and “protecting the children.”

And the second picture? That’s what actual faith and family values look like: nieces and nephews from a truly religious family that loves and respects us, treats us like human beings, and allows their children to grow up forming their own opinions instead of inheriting fear and prejudice.

It was never about morality. It was always about prejudice dressed up as concern.

I’m done shrinking myself to make other people comfortable with who I am.

Spent the weekend putting in work in Asheville, splitting time between our Asheville location of Avail Aesthetics and home projects. But we never do a work weekend without making a little fun out of it too. 🎯🕹️

After work we had lunch at Little Chango, then bounced around to Antidote and Tiki Easy before Asheville Brewing for Devil Wears Prada 2. Safe to say… the movie wasn’t exactly our favorite 😂 Ended the night at O’Henry’s!

Still, good work, good food, good drinks, and good company makes for a solid Asheville weekend.

Some names never fade, and some legends still turn heads long after the checkered flag. Grateful for the experience and the memories made aboard this iconic yacht.

Saint Barths ✔️, the South of France ✔️, and Monaco ✔️… with Mykonos, Amsterdam, and Palm Springs added to the mix this year.

Sunsets, beach clubs, long lunches, warm nights, and nowhere to be but somewhere beautiful. ✨

Lunch at Café de Paris across from the Monte-Carlo Casino, a reminder that experiencing life is about more than just working and waiting for “someday.”

Travel while you can. See the places you dream about now, not just after retirement. None of us knows how much time we really have, and life can always bring new responsibilities later on.

Money comes back. Time doesn’t. Live accordingly. 🖤

From the beginning, I was always number 03.
I chose it to honor my hero, Dale Earnhardt. At my very first race, the number 3 was already taken… so number 03 became part of my story.

When I first made it into the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, I ran the number 66.
And my last number with Young Motorsports was number 20.

Crazy how a number can hold so many memories, lessons, and moments.

Fun fact: I’m still signed with Young Motorsports. The toughest part right now isn’t the racing, it’s finding the right sponsors and PR team to help keep the dream moving forward.

Still grateful. Still hungry. Still chasing it, for now. 🏁
