The wait is almost over. The new IHRA professional watercraft racing national tour kicks off March 27–29 in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Yamaha WaveRunner Racing hits Round 1 with Deven Farthing, Talan Farthing, Noah Skipps, and Kayden Baldwin on GP SVHO and FX SVHO WaveRunners, ready to chase wins from the first green flag.

I want to take a moment to truly thank every single person who has helped us build the IHRA Pro Watercraft Series and sanctioning body.

The support has been absolutely incredible. My friends, family, racers, partners, and sponsors have stepped up in such an amazing way to embrace what many probably thought were some crazy ideas.

Because of all of you, in just 60 days we’ve built something that this entire industry can be proud of with over 130 racers pre registered at our first event with over 3 weeks to go.

To everyone who has offered to help, sent an encouraging message, made a phone call, or simply supported the vision, I want to say thank you. Your support means more than you know.

We are incredibly blessed to be part of such an amazing watercraft community.

Personally, I’m grateful for everything this sport has given me throughout my life. Watercraft racing has allowed me to live a life most people only dream of, and building this series is my way of giving back to a sport that has given so much to me.

The future is incredibly bright, and we’re just getting started. IHRA Professional Watercraft Announces $260,000 Purse Structure for 2026 National Tour & World Championship.

The IHRA Professional Watercraft Series is raising the bar for the sport with a projected $260,000 total purse for the 2026 National Tour and World Championship season — one of the largest financial commitments in professional watercraft racing history.

IHRA events will feature cash payouts every race weekend, ensuring racers are rewarded throughout the season while competing for additional overall Championship bonuses.

The season will culminate at the IHRA World Cup in Lake Havasu, where champions will be crowned and an additional $75,000 cash purse will be awarded. Thanks to strong industry partnerships, racers will also have the opportunity to win free performance hulls, motorcycles, personal watercraft, parts, fuel, helmets, wetsuits, gift cards, and more, creating one of the most lucrative finales the sport has ever seen.

“This level of investment reflects our commitment to the racers and the future of this sport,” said Dustin Farthing. “We are building a professional platform that rewards performance, supports teams, and delivers real opportunities for athletes at every level.”

With growing sponsor support and rising early registrations, the 2026 season is positioned to be a defining moment for professional watercraft racing.

ATTENTION RACERS — USA & INTERNATIONAL

As we continue working to grow our sport, I want to personally offer support to any racers traveling from anywhere in the United States or internationally who may need a place to park trailers, skis, or equipment during the IHRA race season.

My facility is located in Atlanta, Georgia, just a short distance from the airport for easy travel anywhere in the world, and sits on 40 acres of land with ample, secure parking space available.

If you’re flying in, shipping equipment, or need a centralized parking location between events, I’m happy to help however I can. There are lots of others willing to help as well.

It would be awesome to see as many racers partner up, cutting down travel costs around the country.
