We have built four (4) Training Labs: Food Preparation, Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping and a Bartending. We will provide hands-on training, written and taught by industry professionals to industry standards. We are catering to a broad market; consisting of high school students; industry professionals who wish to upgrade their skills; or persons seeking training for a second career. Individuals will receive a City & Guilds Certificate after successful completion of the program.
