This month, we raise awareness, promote understanding, and stand alongside individuals living with Alzheimer’s and their families.

Alzheimer’s may affect memory, but it does not diminish a person’s dignity, worth, or need for love and connection. Let’s create a more compassionate and supportive community where every person is valued and no one feels alone.

Together, we can raise awareness, reduce stigma, and make a difference.🫶

Positive Performance was privileged to facilitate an impactful Team Building experience for the DeBeers Aggregation and Site Management Team at the beautiful Kwadiwa Ranch in Tuli Block.

Our sessions focused on Emotional Intelligence (EQ), exploring key areas such as self-awareness, self-management, empathy, effective communication, relationship management, team cohesion, and the power of understanding one another.

Beyond the activities and laughter, the experience created space for the team to connect beyond their roles, appreciate individual strengths, build trust, and strengthen the collective spirit that drives performance.

A big thank you to the entire Aggregation and Site Management Team for showing up with energy, openness, and a willingness to learn and grow.
