Client First Consulting (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2012 with a primary focus to empowering organisations realise their customer satisfaction levels through the provision of customer oriented products and services. The goal is to have happy customers through by recruiting and training staff for the industry focused in serving customers or public. The secondary focus was also to promote tourism and development of tourism facilities. Client First was also founded to facilitate continuous improvement in the transport sector through provision of consultancy and training services in technical motor vehicle management and quality improvement. In 2016 Client First entered into partnership with one of the world Leading Hospitality Industry Solutions provider, eZee Technosys Pvt. Ltd in India. This was after the realisation that eZee’s visionary products and solutions will highly improve services in the hospitality industry in the region. In the quest to providing integrated solutions for our customers. Client First has also made available facilitation services for the identification and acquisition of latest technologies (equipment) for the hospitality industry thereby providing a hassle free solution.
