We’re Hiring at Speed It – Finance Manager (Belize City)

Speed It, a nationwide courier and logistics company and sister company of DHL Belize, is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead the finance function at our Belize City headquarters and support our operations across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation and improvement of administrative and accounting processes.
• Leadership of the ERP implementation (Zoho Books or similar).
• Design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls.
• Preparation and presentation of Financial Statements under IFRS for SMEs.
• Consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities.
• Management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Preparation of financial reports and performance analysis.
• Support and coordination during external audits.
• Close collaboration with senior management and operations teams.

Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
✔️ Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial or accounting leadership roles.
✔️ Strong knowledge of IFRS for SMEs.
✔️ Experience implementing ERPs and improving administrative processes.
