We’re reaching out to our wonderful community for support.

We are organizing a fundraiser for Cristo Rey Catholic School, right here in our local community in Cayo, Belize. 🇧🇿

Our biggest goal is to help the school build a much-needed cafeteria and shaded eating area, where the children can sit, eat, and gather out of the intense Belizean sun.

We also hope to help with two other immediate needs: electricity bills and new graduation gowns for the students.

Right now, the children don’t have a proper shaded place to eat during the school day, and parents have very little shade while waiting for pickup. Something as simple as shade can make such a difference to their everyday comfort. ❤️

Every donation, no matter the amount, can help us get closer to making this happen. And if you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser can help just as much.

STAFF TRIP • DAY 3/3 🏝️❤️
We saved the best for last.
Boat ride ➝ Moho Caye ➝ Caribbean blue ➝ BBQ ➝ one very happy (and very well-fed 😂) team.
The perfect ending to three days together.
Behind every beautiful stay, every clean home, every prepared room, every fixed problem and every guest we take care of is a group of people working behind the scenes.
This trip was our little way of saying THANK YOU. ❤️
Thank you to our team for your hard work, your loyalty, your patience, your energy and all the little things you do that often go unseen.
Alma Del Rio isn't just beautiful houses.
It's the people behind them.
And we are so grateful for ours. ❤️🌴

STAFF TRIP • DAY 2/3 ❤️

Apparently our staff trips are 20% activities, 30% pool time and 50% FOOD. 😂

Day 2 started with Eggs Benedict, followed by absolutely no shortage of more food, pool time and quality time together.

Then off to explore Placencia Village... followed, obviously, by more food. 😂

And back home for the pool and a BBQ.

But this trip wasn't really about where we went.

It was about having time together outside of work — eating, laughing, playing, talking and enjoying each other's company.

We ask a lot from our team throughout the year, and we're very lucky to have people who care about what we do and help us create the experience our guests come to Belize for.

Day 3 might have been the best one yet… 🏝️👀

STAFF TRIP • DAY 1/3 🌴🚗
We spend so much of the year making sure everyone else has an amazing Belize vacation… so this time, it was our turn. ❤️
Road trip ➝ Country Barn ➝ Maya Heights ➝ Sea Drift Villa ➝ homemade kubeh beetroot for dinner ➝ pool, games, food and lots of laughing.
And apparently, when our team isn't working… we're still very good at eating. 😂
Three days away with some of the people who work so hard behind the scenes of Alma Del Rio.
We are incredibly grateful for this team — for the hard work, the long days, the laughs, the craziness and everything they do for us and for our guests. ❤️
