We are still actively purchasing Spruce Tips, and we have increased the price to $6.00 per pound!

As the spruce tip season is quickly coming to an end, we encourage our harvesters to prioritize spruce tips while they are still available. This harvesting window is short, and we want to make the most of the remaining season.

For those asking about birch, we're specifically looking for Paper Birch tree leaves. 🌿 These leaves are typically oval to triangular in shape with pointed tips and finely toothed edges. They are a bright to medium green during the growing season and grow on the iconic white-barked paper birch trees.

We've included a few reference photos below to help you identify them. If you're still unsure, feel free to reach out before harvesting!
