Make sure to check your downspouts and basement over the next couple days. With the amount of snow that is about to melt, there are bound to be a few basements with water intrusion.

New three piece bathroom added to a basement rec. room development from a few years ago. I’ve been asked a few times lately if I’m still operating, because I don’t have any recent posts. I’m going to try to improve that. Wish me luck.
