Dedicated toward equipping students with the skills needed for success in the 21st century Students also receive help with their homework.
The Durham Educational Mentoring Program (DEMP) is designed to assist children from Kindergarten - Grade 12 to become proficient in the subjects of mathematics, literacy, science, social studies, while developing life skills and healthy lifestyles. The materials used in the program follow the Ontario School Curriculum with the emphasis on understanding the basic skills of the three R’s. Volunteers

Today, Canadian children's author Ngozi Elizabeth Mbonu conducted a workshop in creative writing for our primary/junior students. The children had fun in expressing themselves.
Because of a mix up with our permit, today's classes have been canceled. We resume next week, May 30.
