The interior of this fully renovated home now flows seamlessly. Spaces were optimized for usage and finishes connect between those spaces.

An important part of this project was to create outdoor spaces that worked for the homeowner and the neighbourhood. A generous and welcoming front porch allows for interaction to the street and with neighbours walking by. The porch structure gives the front entry importance, linking the original home to the new addition.

At the rear of the property a pool cabana ties in the finishes and design details of the renovated home. The cabana offers a spot for privacy or great pool parties. It shields the view to the neighbours large garage and creates a space around the pool that feels tucked away.

A big change for this backsplit in Port Credit. Heritage guidelines dictated many aspects for this project but the results are worth the effort.
The new front porch gives a nod to the past home and now fits in with the larger streetscape and adjoining homes.
