✨ **Life is full of transitions—but you don't have to navigate them alone.** ✨
Whether you're starting a new career, becoming a parent, ending a relationship, moving to a new city, coping with an empty nest, or simply feeling unsure about what's next, life transitions can bring a mix of excitement, uncertainty, grief, and overwhelm.
These moments often challenge our sense of identity, routine, and confidence—but they can also become opportunities for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

**Burnout doesn't happen overnight—and neither does healing. 🤍**
When you're constantly pouring into everyone else, it's easy to ignore the signs that your own mind and body are asking for a break.
If you've been feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or like you're just "getting through the day," you don't have to keep carrying it alone.
Kelsie provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space to help you understand what's contributing to burnout, rebuild healthy boundaries, and reconnect with yourself. Healing isn't about doing more—it's about learning how to care for yourself in ways that truly restore you.
You deserve support before you reach your breaking point.

Something about those summer sunsets over a lake !
Practicing gratitude is a wonderful piece of mindfulness
I do my best every day to be grateful for something in the day .
On this day in particular it was
Great friends that make time for each other
Delicious food to share with friends
And a beautiful view that you just can’t beat
Your reminder to practice gratitude!

Recently I had a client say to me
“You must be amazing at self care and balance”
I politely laughed and said “ohhhhhh noooo - have you ever heard the saying the mechanic fixes their car last”
Now I don’t ALWAYS put self care last - but I do struggle myself
And my client and I had a good real talk about how everyone struggles from time to time. It’s how you bring yourself back .
Truthfully - what motivates me to make sure I complete self care , it’s my kids and my clients
That’s who I like to show up for . I know if I show up for myself , then I can show up as my best self for them .
So do I struggle with self care? Heck ya
But I also know I do prioritize it
So I have daily , weekly and occasional self care
Daily - a fun coffee or drink to perk me up , and making sure I read - even 2 pages
Weekly - sports
Occasional - outings with family , with friends , baking
So here is your reminder that we are all human - but we can model and inspire each other !
