🎯Plan to improve each time out and increase or lower distances to accommodate your level.

Remember : You are working against yourself. Keep improving, be consistent and use these distances starting points for training.

Rollerblading for the same time as a standard 50 minute on ice hockey practice is a good idea 💡 and helps train skating muscles 💪

📝tracking and looking to improve or maintain is another fun way to remain consistent with a growth mindset .
