Mountain Muskox is a community dedicated to supporting those impacted by loss or trauma in the mountains. Through connection, shared experience, and compassionate support, they’re helping foster a healing community where people feel understood, supported, and less alone.

Spirit North uses land-based sport and play to improve the health and well-being of Indigenous youth. Their joyful, inclusive programs empower young people to thrive… in sport, in school, and in life.
