🎓 AHSRA SCHOLARSHIP CLAIM REMINDER

Did you know? AHSRA will award more than $100,000 in scholarships to graduates this year!

With scholarship payout dates approaching, this is an important reminder for past AHSRA graduates who have scholarship money to claim.

If you are ready to claim your AHSRA scholarship funds, you must use the official AHSRA Scholarship Claim Form and follow the claim process outlined on the website.

Scholarship claims need to include all required information and documentation. Please do not send incomplete information or use other forms in place of the official Scholarship Claim Form.

AHSRA scholarship payouts take place only three times per year:
📅 October 15
📅 January 15
📅 April 15

Scholarships must be claimed within two years of being awarded.

Please take a few minutes to review the requirements and submit your claim properly. Using the correct form helps ensure the Provincial Office has everything needed to process your scholarship.

AHSRA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Alberta High School Rodeo Association Annual General Meeting will be held:

Saturday, November 14, 2026
10:00 AM
Cal Nash Ag Event Centre – Upper Classroom
3611 Hwy 2A, Ponoka, AB

All AHSRA members are welcome to attend in person or by Zoom.

The AGM agenda will include:
• President / Board Chair Report
• Approval of the 2025–2026 Financial Statements
• Authorization of Accountant for the 2026–2027 financials

Members wishing to submit an agenda item must do so in writing to [email protected] by 11:59 PM on Friday, October 23, 2026.
