Now THIS is a transformation. 👏

When we first arrived, this Lake Simcoe property had a steep, challenging slope with very little usable space between the home and the waterfront.

The goal wasn’t just to change how it looked — it was to make the property work.

Using large armour stone, natural stone boulders and existing stone throughout the property, we reshaped the grade and created a substantial natural flagstone terrace overlooking the lake — complete with integrated stone steps and plenty of room to gather, relax and enjoy the waterfront.

One of our favourite parts of this project was working with the existing landscape. Incorporating natural boulders alongside the armour stone and irregular flagstone helped the new space blend into the shoreline and feel like it has always belonged there.
